Workforce funding, training and retention discussions framed the Pepsi Toledo tour with Rep. Josh Williams. The Toledo Pepsi team, including Plant Director and OhioBev board member Orlando McDonald, learned more about Rep. Williams efforts to help employers attract good job candidates. And Rep. Williams saw the production process from mix to loading, increasing his understanding of Pepsi’s workforce needs.
