Rep. Heidi Workman toured the PepsiCo Beverages production plant in Twinsburg, getting an up-close look at the scale, technology and teamwork behind one of the region’s major beverage operations. During the visit, she observed new equipment in action and learned how the large-scale facility is designed to produce more than 30 million cases of beverages each year. Plant Director Lee Schlam highlighted more than $25 million in capital improvements that are helping modernize operations, improve efficiency and support continued growth at the site. The tour also included group discussions about workforce development, career pathways across PepsiCo’s beverage, food and fleet operations, and the company’s ongoing community giving efforts.
