More than 80 attendees from OhioBev member companies gathered on Capitol Square for our annual Legislative Day. Representing a snapshot of the more than 12,000 Ohio jobs supported by the industry, members met with House and Senate legislators to share the beverage industry’s impact across the state.

The meetings highlighted the industry’s significant $14 billion economic footprint in Ohio, including individual company jobs, community giving and current business investments. Members also shared their commitments to beverage ingredient safety and transparency while advocating for national, uniform regulatory standards rather than a costly state-by-state patchwork of laws.

No Legislative Day would be complete without the popular gift bags of products delivered to legislators. The bags showcased new products, old favorites, and fresh twists and flavor extensions. We thank our members for their time and passion for the industry, and we appreciate the legislators and hardworking staff who make time each year to meet with our members.
